A sophomore at Sentinel Secondary, Jacqueline is honored to serve as the Director for SPECPOL for this iteration of AbbyMUN. Following her first conference in March of 2024, halfway across the world in Hong Kong, she has grown to love the fast paced, fervent debate that comes with Model UN. During conferences, you can find her passionately defending her resolutions, including the feasibility of relying on external funding sources like the World Bank and “calling for” the formation of yet another sub-committee to manage operations outlined in a resolution. Outside of MUN, you can find her hunched over old clothing stressing over whether her next sewing upcycle will work out, ardently taking apart competitors’ debate arguments, drowning in piles of beads, yarn and other craft supplies, or trying out the newest and trendiest cafes all over Metro Vancouver. Jacqueline is ecstatic to meet all that are attending AbbyMUN and looks forward to providing an amazing experience for all delegates.
